In April, if water temperature and waves are poor, the Qimei snorkel becomes an island landing; in a typhoon an alternative or full refund is offered. This tour is a member product of the Penghu County Water Recreation Business Association; Phbay Travel assists with arrangements and registration. Prices follow the 2026 handbook; actual departure times, minimum group size and details are subject to booking confirmation.
